this is the letter i sent them they should have it by tomorrow. registered post.

Dear Sir/madam,

I am writing to request that you refund the £339.96 that was incorrectly charged to my account in June 2006 and also one month’s allowance.

I can confirm that I have received the details you hold on your records and they appear incorrect and inconsistent with the records I have.

I requested a change to ufix 25 from my original ufix off peak tariff on the 2nd May 2006.

Despite the request of change tariffs it appears this was not carried out correctly. On the 15th June 2006 I was advised by one of your operatives that there were outstanding charges on the account totalling £339.96 and this was due to being put on the incorrect tariff.

On the same day I asked for a dispute to be registered in this account and your operative refused

on the 17th June 2006 I visited the Carphone Warehouse and a call was placed to T Mobile by their representative. During that conversation T Mobile admitted that they had made an error but refused to correct that error. Hence the outstanding balance.

I am informing you that the account is in dispute, I am seeking repayment of all monies paid in respect of this error.

I have enclosed a copy of my notes and the notes provided by Carphone Warehouse in respect of the conversation with your operatives.

Failure to accept your error and refund the monies due within 14 days will result in court action.

Yours faithfully
