Am helping my boss with his claim, he had already received 6 years worth of statements.

 

1. We sent the first payment request letter with detailed charges - heard nothing

2. We sent the LBA with the same list of charges - heard nothing

 

 

He's about to file on MCOL, but I noticed that his account number changes in the statements 3 times. But, the statements follow on from one another with the balance carried forward.

 

Does it make a difference? Do we need to quote all 3 account numbers under the one claim?

 

any help would be great!

Hi

I would definitely include all 3 account numbers in your claim, you may struggle fitting them in on MCOL though, it might be better off using the N1.
