Spend away, I have not checked back but I presume you have sent a letter saying that you do accept that sum as full and final settlement.

 

No i didnt send a letter but i did call them to say i wasnt going to accept it, and they said that it was to late it was already in my account, so i said i would be taking them to court for the rest of it...

breedsey, perhaps a letter drafted by yourself re the telephone call, add, take this letter as confirmation that you do not accept as full and final, and are carrying on with your claim ?:)

I have never had an offer, and reading the templates, they all state authorise you to take it back out of account, anyone out there sent one of these letters and had the money taken back??:(
