It's called confuse the heck outta ya, and put you on a horrible rollercoaster ride...while taking pictures of the ups and downs!

 

From just the reading of many many posts of late I have to say as much as we should take each comment given from Halifax or even the courts as a pinch of salt, human nature makes us hold on to the every strand of their words...sadly they play unintentionally a lot of times on our emotions!

 

Still when the rollercoaster is up, we feel victorious and when the rollercoater goes down, then let the Halifax be smoldering at the bottom.

 

 

YOU WILL REIGN VICTORIOUS....and dont let them 'courts or Halifax tell ya different'......the longer it takes the more you make, they just haven't got the noodle to realize it!..

 

...and you have a lovely holiday to look forward too as well.

Got visions now of mini-Howards hiding behind corners armed with mobile cameras , or lurking in the shadows when the postman comes just to see the disappointment on our faces when we realise that there isnt a letter from the bank with a nice juicy cheque inside.

 

Its not too bad though , not really .

I mean I only started this claim rolling in Dec 2006:eek: .

 

See well used to waiting around , Im a veteran at it now. LOL

Tomorrow is another day and I will be checking the bank again. (of course)

A few days later...Mr 'X' says 'ummm agents H. A. L. I. F. and A...something is really wrong....Mrs Overflow is still smiling......someone check the damm cheque book..we pay out or what?'

Love it Ops, I couldn't have said it better myself. Silly thing is, some of Howards gang'll most probably be thinking something along them lines where payouts are concerned. Mind you I imagine most of em'll be brain-dead hehehe 'cos none of 'em know how to treat us with respect lol.

Unfortunately I can't get my fingers crossed on my left hand at mo, 'cos thats where I got injection, & I've had to strap my wrist up (it feels like I've sprained it lol).

But I've still got my legs & everything else crossed for you. hehehe. Seriously though, I'm sure it won't be long now love, hope you get it before your hols.

Unfortunately for me, I'm left-handed lol. Before I was told I'd slipped those 2 discs in my neck, my GP was treating me for frozen shoulder, & carpel tunnel, that was also before I even started with computers (I was a picker of books for large orders at a book wholesalers) - I was what my boss called "computer illiterate", 'cos my employers temporary moved me to sales dept, I didn't even know how to print or save lol. But it seems as though I've gone full circle, 'cos when I went 2 weeks ago for a "nerve conduction test", the dr said he was recommending an injection for carpel tunnel, I've had to bandage my hand & wrist just to try to help ease the pain, I can't hold anything at all with it today, I'm actually typing with my right hand, & my index finger on my left hand. So I'm coping at the mo.

Trust me to think you are right handed, just a natural assumption I think. Dont know many left handed people, although my grandson is a leftie.

 

Im always awe struck when he writes anything as it looks so akward , guess Id be useless if I had to try and write with my left hand, not fantastic with my right TBH looks like spiders crawled over the page.

 

I think its great the way youve learnt how to be computer literate then. You should give yourself a pat on the back ( with your right hand) LOL.

 

You always seem to know what your doing and the other thread youve started as well, where do you get the energy from.

 

I hope your wrist gets less painful soon, it must be awful for you.

Try not to do too much give yourself a break eh.

I will have a break, I promise, but a bit later though 'cos got some posting to do (slowly). My grandma was a leftie, but when she broke her arm when she was younger, she taught herself to write with her right hand, (she was a very clever lady) & when she got the use of her left hand back, she was spoilt for choice, she was a true ambidextrous person. When I was little the teacher tried to force me to use my right hand to write until mum went up & told her off, that teacher was notorious for it, but she never did it again after my mum confronted her. Mind you when mum was teaching me to knit, she actually taught me the right handed way, so I can knit that way, there are a lot of things I use my right hand for e.g. mouse, typing, drinking.:grin::grin:

Just a quick update . I rang the Courts again this a.m. and was told by a nice person that the application for the warrant had been put before the Judge on the 21st Sep.

 

It seems that I am being told two different things. Yes it needs to go before a judge and no it doesnt need to go before a judge.

 

Just wish they had everyone reading off the same page there.

 

So no news to report then. Will keep you informed if any great change occurs between now and the next millenium.
