Nice of them to give you a fax number that costs 10p+ a minute.

Whilst we may dislike Citi's response to our claims, it's best not to call them names or say anything that may border on lible.... as we have it on good authority that Brian Smith, Citi Solicitor has been in court with printouts from this site.

There are plenty of people here to help you so if you have any questions let us know.

Had to ring citi today to find out where statements are spoke to a really helpful guy richard cooke data protection manager , he said that they had written of to information commisioner to tell them that due to demand they couldn't get the requests out on time so I asked him what response information commisioner had given !! they haven't had a reply yet from them , but he was a very polite man and told me that they are running 10-19 days behind target and have employed extra staff to deal with influx of claims so if this helps anyone i hope so , this is me still waiting for my statements signing off !!!!

Personally I would wait the 14 days. Citi look for any little error or not following the rules. Best to wait a few days and follow it to the letter. Send your LBA 14 days after the prelim.
