Hi!

been thinking about doing this for ages and its about time we gave it ago!

so whats first?

We guessed we have about £8500 worth of charges between us (in 2 accounts)

So we need our statements first and work out exactly what the amount is?

any help would be much appriciated!

and use the first tenplate letter giving them 40 days to respond
