Yes you can add charges right up until you claim!

I didn't! I just added the charges on at mcol stage! I got all mine back so should work for you!

payment details. You can either pay by Mastercard/Visa credit card or Solo/Switch/Visa Delta debit card. Visa Electron is not accepted

 

 

so, options, either you borrow someone else's card if yours won't work

or your other option is to do the N1 - which has a couple of advantages -

you can use the longer particulars like those in the template, you can attach your schedule of charges right to the claim, and when others are waiting for their claims to be transferred to a local court - yours will already be there (this saves about 2-3 weeks currently). so - if it needs to be the N1 - here is the link:

There are loads of people who use the n1 form. The mods actually recommend using it as you can add more details to that than on the mcol online form.

Yes with the N1 if you dont have enough room in any of the boxes you can just say see attached sheet and type away to your hearts content but try to keep it sharp and factual.

update:

i received an offer letter, but its £400+ less than my original claim. im going ahead with my claim, but i will ofcourse send them a letter that im accepting their offer as an initial payment.

 

will they still pay the offered amount on the timescale that they gave me, or are they going to wait to hear from the court?

you wont get a part payment when you write accepting as part settlement.

 

The claim will continue & you will correspond with DG instead of HSBC.
