well i emailed it 2 em with the intention of posting the charges off 2 em 2day aswell but they have just emailed me bak confirmation that they have recieved it

ha, never tiled in my life, we sell on the tiles to retail shops. alot less hard work lol, at home all day 2day anyway sorting invoices so u will have my company 2day:p

 

yeah mite still send it recorded delivery charliedog:D

:confused: I never got confirmation e mail back ? Did u paste your charges into your e mail - cos if u attach they get copies of whole bundle including covering letter explaining how to complete the schedule ...did u e mail Kate directly ?

i emailed kate directly, i put my claim number in the title of the email, attached my list of charges to the email and asked for confirmation, they emailed me bak within 10 mins confirming it:)
