Hi Jaybabes,I also have a return date of 25/05/07 at dunfermline against TSB

I have never heard a peep from them with an offer ,unlike you.

I was going to say I will see you on the 1st June but hopefully we will all be settled up by then and hitting the shops for some long awaited retail therapy.

Yeah I hope so.... don't take it personally when I say I hope I don't see you on the 1st LOL...... be glad when its over and done with.... had a nightmare when I first filed at the court but its done now and nearly over :)

Hi Jay hun, finally got the replacement cheque from Lloyds today, I won't be going anywhere near the post office with this one. Just waiting for the cheque from Cap1, which should arrive any day now, then I'm laughing all the way to the bank, there's a first:D .

BOS Prelim : 19/06/06 Owed : £382: offered £90.LBA sent 02/07/06, Delivered: 04/07/06. Offer increased to full £382 but with condition. Settled 4/11/06.

Data Protection Act sent to BOS CC : 19/06/06. Acknowledged : 03/07/06 Statements Received : 11/07/06 owed £845

Statements received for closed BOS account: 27/07/06, Owed £2596.52

First claim on closed BOS account now started - £735 Prelim received 7/11/06 LBA sent 5/12/06, Offered Full £735 but with conditions. Claim filed 22/01/07

CapitalOne-£1247, settled in full.

LloydsTSB- £910, sttled in full.

Well you won't believe this, checked my bank account and the "lost" cheque was deposited yesterday, THREE WEEKS after being handed over to the post office. Lloyds have asked me to hold off putting the new cheque into my account until the other one is sorted out and that I should put a complaint into the post office, for once I agree with a bank.

Just spoke to the clerk at the court and surprise surprise the bank are going to defend, thought they would but have to say I'm just ever so slightly nervous now.... :(

OK had time to digest the thought of having to face the banks solicitors in court and I'm terrified now LOL... kept my nerve all this time and now wishing I had never started all this :(

I have just checked bank account online, yes you were right, The crooks have deposited all my bank charges to date into my account . Don't give up they will crack before the court day the proof is in the system just believe it.

Yeah me to Linda... checked account yesterday at 1pm and nothing, checked again at 4.30pm and hey happy days.... woohooooooooo.... guess I need to inform court now eh LOL

Well done Jaybabes:D See all that worry was for nothing! Lloyds had no intention of defending in court they were just playing a game of chicken and they "blinked" first. So
