omg what do i put in them, what if i forget something or do something wrong, i've been in constant turmoil since i started this cause i am so out of my depth. Maybe i should just settle for what they've offered to save myself the grief, has anyone any advice for this super dumb female.

ok i know i am so far along but what type of paperwork/stuff do i need to send to the court with the AQ?

Ok went and sent the rejection letter today, DLA should receive it tomorrow (Tuesday).

I sure hope so, i have just finished completing the AQ. I will get it photocopied then i will hand deliver it to the court since it is local and pay my £100 over the counter.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes the courts to allocate a date after you have sent back the AQ's?

Have just received a letter through that has set a date for court action, it says that each party has to deliver to every other party and the court copies of all documents, can a MOD please list what documents i need to send.

 

Also i received a letter stating that there is a change of solicitor that DLA is no longer acting and that they will be acting in person. That any correspondence should now be sent to Abbey National House, 2 Triton Sq, Regent's Place, London. NW1 3AN. Can a MOD let me know what this is about and if i should be even more worried than i already am.

have you completed the witness statement ? I started it for you ?

 

I also pointed you to bookworms court bundle in the templates library.

 

There is a lot of information on the site regarding what you need for court and attending...and you still have two weeks.

 

`14 days before 7th December is when it needs to be in.

 

also schedule of charges (the one you sent with claim is fine_)

all correspondance (except without prejudice letters_)

 

 

I have started the filling in the witness statement but i dont know what to put into the areas where you have put etc. Also what are the actual sections of the acts and case laws i need to add to the section below? because i am just baffled whenever i go into any section or template.

In the CAG file which sections do i print off to send to the bank and the court? or do i print all of it off and send it all?

 

In the CAG file is the latest schedule of charges the current total or the total that was originally claimed for? because the interest has made the total differ.

 

Is the statements section for my witness statement and is it for any other statement, if it is what other statement?

 

Do i leave in all of the sections of the CAG file from 'early day motion from the House of Parliament to SOGA 1982?

 

If a Mod is happy for me to call them or for them to call me then please please private message me and help talk me through this.

2. In your authorities section where do i find the item mentioned in (GG) and (HH), i have been through the CAG file several times and can't locate it.

Hey Akaysha,

Make sure you number everything b4 you photocopy. MAkes life a lot easier .
