Be warned MBNA seem to be very slow ( either that or stalling ).

If I have been of any use to you in my response please click my scales.

MBNA WON 16/3/07 £1700 :p

Barlcays N1 fileld in and awaiting funds to take them to court.

If you want to spend some of your money from your new spending saving scheme why not buy a flybook laptop. http://www.everythingflybook.com. I can highly recommend them.

Currently in Litagation with Barclays 11/5/7 ( Awaiting Court Date )

Fingers crossed for you, My LBA has just expired with them. So not as soft as they used to be.....

Clearly the mbna are stalling or swamped.

Others are being delayed at the SAR stage. So I think MBNA are in a pickle.

Good to here you beat barclays I acuurently awaiting for my LBA to expiry, so I can begin the court proceedings.

I assume you had to take it this far and advice on Barlcays would be gladly useful near the time
