Hi All

Hope someone can help. After voluntarily giving up my car at the beginning of 2006 in order to sort out accumulated debts, I was pretty much harrassed into giving a DCA my card details over the phone.

The problem I now have is that these people are taking my money for the car i no longer own and I have had no contact whatsoever since the last

call i had from them.

Tried to find them on the net, no joy, bank say i have to contact dca directly in order to stop money going out.

Any ideas on how i should proceed? The car was sold for a third of what i paid and i am still paying off the balance

Thanks in advance

Thanks for reply Dan. The bank told me it was "a card transaction" and I had to phone the company to ask them to stop.

How I do this when I have no contact details, no signed agreement and no idea who they are Im not sure!

Wont usually give out my details but they were putting pressure on and i wanted shut of them.

Cheers

Whirly
