Winding up orders

Has anyone considored applying to have a bank (company) wound up? I spoke to a mate who is a solicitor mentioned something about it being possible on debts of around £500... didn't really take much more info in but thought has anyone tried this???????

yes, it's been covered, but the banks usually pay up before it gets to the point where a 'winding up' can be applied for.

 

However, they've been winding me up for years.

 

(sorry, I had to do it before someone else did!!)

I doodled with the idea of going for a 3rd party debt order. This freezes the defendant's bank account. In the case of a bank you'd target their relationship with the Bank of England. If you could get the order it would stop the bank from writing any new loans. It would also be easier to get than a creditors liquidation.
