I recently sent Lloyds an LBA, however I have today noticed a payment into my account .I'm not even sure if this payment came from them it has the code TFR F/FLOW /GBHBEU plus some numbers next to it. If it is it is only about half the ammount I am claiming. Can anyone tell me if this could be from Lloyds ?

BEFORE starting your claim read through the FAQ's and if there's something you aren't sure of then ask.

If you were not expecting it, likely to be from Lloyds, if you are still unsure then phone them up and check. They sometimes credit accounts without writing letters.

Anyway once you have established the position, then send a letter along the lines of the link below and issue a claim form at the expiration of the 14 days period:

Discovered the payment was not from Lloyds, however they only have until 21st feb to reply to the LBA, but I have not had a reply off them as of now.

what is the next best thing to do if they do not reply by the deadline ?:?
