I've received a defence from Lloyds bank, and need to fill in an AQ N149. I am unsure what to write in section G other information, I have looked at the templates library but am still unsure what to write. could someone possibly show me what they have written, please help

Ive noticed that the recent charges on my statements are £12.00 instead of £20.00, can I also claim the £12.00 charges back ?

how do i work out the 8% interest rate ? as i dont know which of the charges they have refunded me for.

lloyds have paid two thirds of the ammount i am claiming after i sent the LBA. I have written to them giving 7 days notice that i shall be taking them to court, the 7 days are now up do i still claim for the full ammount or just for the remainder ?

Discovered the payment was not from Lloyds, however they only have until 21st feb to reply to the LBA, but I have not had a reply off them as of now. what is the next best thing to do if they do not reply by the deadline ?:?

I recently sent Lloyds an LBA, however I have today noticed a payment into my account .I'm not even sure if this payment came from them it has the code TFR F/FLOW /GBHBEU plus some numbers next to it. If it is it is only about half the ammount I am claiming. Can anyone tell me if this could be from Lloyds ?
