Hi Flower19 and Dolly, thanks for joining my thread.

Its always good to know that other people are at the same stage.

I think it is funny that we are all at the same stage, but getting different results, i've had acknowledgement and defence, flower has had nothing so far and dolly has only the acknowledgement.

Just goes to show how RANDOM lloyds are (thats one of the polite words i've got for them LOL).

I will subscribe to both your threads to see how you get on but feel free to drop me a line here too.

Thanks again to every one for all the help and support i have received so far.

More waiting now i guess.

I think the next bit is when they give me a court date and tell me what to submit?

How long should it be till I hear something?

Hope everyone is well and claims are going well.

YAY:)

Why, when the banks are charging such extortionate rates, is the interest claimed back at only 8%? Shouldn't this be higher, or is it simply something the Courts will allow?

Before you criticise another man you should first walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you criticise him, you'll be a mile away and he won't have any shoes on.

Don't get me confused with somebody knowledgeable by all those green blobs. I got most of them by making people laugh.
