hi,

i have recently overdrawn my account. in september i was charged 100 pounds but i went in to HSBC and complained so they gave me 50 pounds back. Just toady i realised i over drew again and now they want to charge me 150 pounds so i complained again and i got 50 back. is this allowed? Should i be chasing the full amount or was i in the wrong because i dont actually have an overdraft and i just went into debit. Shouldnt the bank surely say NO when i try to get more out when theres none left??? where do i stand??

thanks

Kirsty

The good news is you can claim these charges back, as well as any other similar charges if you've had any previously.

Spend some time reading through the step-by-step guide and the other FAQs and you will understand how to claim them back.

Good luck!
