Hello, welcome to CAG.

I've moved your thread to our repossessions forum for further advice. I'm tagging @Ell-enn and if she's able to, she'll come and advise you.

Other people may be along with advice later, please bear with us. :)

Best, HB

or they will start repossession hearing

'they' cant start any 'hearing', 'they' will have to apply for a hearing at a court.

probably says proceedings not hearing?

sounds just like a threat-o-gram to me...

does it actually say WILL or every word but!!

like can/may/could/might/instruct.

read it CAREFULLY!!

ok you are not in a good position being £26k behind mind.

how old is the mortgage.

how many years to run

how many years have you not been paying it?

what income have you got, just benefits coming in?

have you contacted them AT ALL during all the time you've missed payments - literally ignored everything? paid nothing?

dx

its a threat-o-gram.

says will be ASKED....

i can ask my dog to sit, if it does is a totally differing matter.

it is NOT a repo letter nor anything like it.

as i said it says... Possession Proceedings... not as you jumped too - a 15 day limit before they TRY for a possession order by raising a court claim ..

i'e possibly starting the VERY long internal Natwest process they have to do BEFORE they even think about asking a solicitor to raise a court claim. months or years away IF AT ALL>

though you really should be contacting them.

have you contacting them at all since you stopped paying?
