Static Caravan Ruined by flooding in October

please back up your email request by sending it also by royal mail as a formal letter ,1st class stamp will do and get a free proof of posting from any PO counter.

i dont think the 30 days is enforceable unless you do??

they must comply under law.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi,

Please can you help

I requested SAR from the site and they acknowledged my request on the 11th January but I was told that they may not have it as it might have been damaged in the flood,

I’m still waiting for their public liability details,

flood management plan and

the data on my sales agreement.

Still not be able to access my caravan as it is still flooded on site and would hate to think what it is like inside with the mould etc.

where can I go from here ?

Should I just hand the keys back to the site and walk away ?
Regards

Tracey
