I am going throough one of these companies for mis sold car finance on an agreement that has been settled.

However, the finance company refused to engage with my solicitors and in the end I asked for a copy of the agreement and this was recievd this morning. My signature is not on this agreement just my name typed in, is this valid?

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
