I have just been filmed by the BBC team about Bank charges, as per the request from Vikki.

Friendly bunch, really put you at ease.

I think I pretty much nailed the advertising for the Bank Action Group (Consumer Action Group).

They did some filming with me at my desk surfing the Bank Action Group forum. I mentioned how great all the help was on the forum etc too :)

I think all in all, a great mornings advertising.

regards,

Fantastic news.

Was it for the "Are we being served?" programme?

Is was the "Are we being served" program :)

I am nearing the end of my Bank Action, as I have recieved acknowledgment that LloydsTSB want to defend and have a further 14 days from today to produce a defence.

The Producer/Director said that they would like to come back and get an "update" on my case nearer the time, so If I recieve a defence letter, Settlement or go to court, they would like to know about it. If it went to court, they may even have the presenter come with me and wait outside the court for a "live" update.

It is all rather exciting :)
