your issue is a secured welcome loan when, as you stated several years ago, the joint owner does not allow secured loans under the scheme you used to attain the home jointly with them.

 

we need to be able to PROVE what is correct and not.

carefully studying actual documentation is the only answer.

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks for this.

Finally got the updated SAR through from Coast, So now have to scan and upload for review.  have never got a SAR from welcome (previous posts where they mentioned that they dont have my documentation)

However just received notification that this account has been sold again to Swift Advances?

 

Also having issues getting a copy of the Charge on the Deeds.  It appears to be more complicated than it should be.
