Its not needed, we have the Courts on our side, and the knowledge that they will most probably not attend court anyhow

 

Just be patient, Lloyds Will hang it out, not sure about NR, as had no dealings there - Just Yet

Is it just A and L that take this long to answer a query, or is this just a general consensus with banks?

It's not just A & L it's all of them,although when i was fighting Nationwide they were fairly prompt.

I do believe E - mails seem to be quicker but i prefer to write,makes no difference when their solicitors don,t want to know.

if you are you new on here? do check the stickies and F.A.Q.sections read a few threads you,l soon get a feel for how awkward or otherwise the bank you are dealing with is.

Again start a thread so we can advice you were possible,remember to sue the bank and not n e 1 from here...
