After sending LBA and further copy of schedule I have now come across further instances of unfair charging on my statements. Prior to this discovery Barclays have made an offer which I intend to refuse. Can I include the new charges in the amount I claim through the courts? Do I send Barclays a revised copy of the schedule before I do anything else? Must I begin a new claim for the discovered charges? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes i would just send them another LBA with the revised charges schedule on it. Then take them to the cleaners. Good Luck.

Yesterday received withdrawal of partial settlement offer, so today have filed claim via mcol. Claim number 6QZ89702. Do I, now send copy of up- to-date schedule of charges to mcol and Barclays? Do I include court charges in copy to Barclays? Is it now a case of preparing court bundle?
