DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi HB!

I have had some beyond words rubbish stuff going on in my life at the moment hence the delay, sorry!

Just recently I have received a renewal letter from them, I think I just need to cancel this as its £50.00 a month down the drain! What reason should I give? as I didn't want it to cause issues when I do the claim, if I can!

Many thanks

E

Hi again

I have listened the recordings now,

I tell him I only received 20 days sick pay so the advisor does say the policy wont pay out at the same time as your employer on the first ever call.

Not sure if important but on the next three he just says.

..shall pay out after 30 days,

and currently I cannot find anything in their terms paperwork saying it wont pay at same time as employer?

As said before I changed jobs a few times since but the 30 day deferral wasn't amended.

Cheers

E!

As prevoyusly
