Hi,

My partner has run up 2 credit card debts. He found himself out of work in December and has now just become employed again.

I am thinking it might be best for him to write to them asking them to freeze the interest and accept a monthly payment that he can afford.

I have the letter from the templates,

but cannot seem to find a template for a financial statement to send to them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where I can find said template please?

Thankyou

mortgage section I think

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
