I recently bought £30 of Playstation wallet top up points for my son.

He is fourteen, higher functioning autistic and had saved up himself to buy these points.

He added them to his Playstation account and then purchased COD points from Activision.

Activision took the money but didn't supply the COD points.

We talked to them online but they refused to give us the points

because their computer said they had been supplied to him,

despite the fact that they are not showing up anywhere.

We have been in touch more than once and they are refusing to help.

Does anyone know what we can do?

Credit card.

I bought the wallet top up online.

They provided the points with no problem.

They went onto playstation no problem but then Activision failed to supply the COD points.

We've asked Playstation but they say Activision is a third party group and they have no responsibility.

Chargeback then. be aware that they MIGHT restrict the account.

Not so sure charge back would work.

I bought the top up from Electronic First online.

They provided me with the top up points which were valid when entered on the Playstation.

The fault lies with Activision who then took the points and did not supply the goods.

They were the third person in the line.

Thank you for all your help. I spoke to my credit card people online today and they gave me a number to phone on Monday and said they will sort out a refund. I appreciate that £35 isn't a lot but my little boy is autistic and saved it himself and is angry that Activision won't give him his stuff, but won't take money off me to cover it!!
