  1. Hi, can anyone advise where I stand with regards to the collection of a faulty Yours Clothing (YC) item by Evri please. I chose collection day on the YC automated return system and was allocated a time slot 1430-1630. I booked time off work and waited...and waited...The Evri person never arrived and I rang to speak to them at 5.30, but could not speak to anyone as they close at 4pm. I could not het hold of YC by phone eeither as they do not give contact number on their site. I completed an online msg form and sent it. I sent another YC msg form later. I received an email the next morning with another collection day and time slot on it that they had chosen! The email did not accept replies (like so many if the online entities) so I could not reply. I am not prepared to use any more of my leave for this and sent another msg on the website crappy bot to advise this stating that Evri are THEIR contractor and I will not be held hostage by something that is not under my control, I demanded an immediate refund. At the same time I tried to contact Evri and again my only option was the annoying online msg form. I selected a call back to discuss and left all my details - I never received a response. I am left with a faulty item, no refund and no satisfactory responses. I am going to email YC again but need a 'quote' detailing my rights so they dont keep brushing me off... Thanks...
