Hi

I will be pursuing LTSB for some money tomorrow. I have been a customer for over 14 years and always considered myself a bit of a black sheep (sic Black Horse.. i can joke about it) and was glad in my youth not to be arrested every time i got one of the notices. This forum however has redressed the balance and while i wish i could have managed my account better they didnt make it hard to go over my limit. I am preparing myself for a month of generic responces from me and them and longer for settlement but until then i wanted to share some thoughts.

I read quite a bit about claimants not pursuing interest which is surprising. My charges are regular and date back....13 years..shame there is a statute of limitations i have notices from LTSB giving notice of monthly interest charges of 2.2% pm for unauthorised use, this amounts to a considerable sum. Just letting you know.. wish me well, i was going to say luck but luck doesnt come into it. The charges are fundamentaly illegal and you and i know that, lets hope they bring one of us to court and put a stop to the pretence that we are in the wrong.

Regards

Bonane

Also just for info

The charges are fundamentaly illegal and you and i know that, lets hope they bring one of us to court and put a stop to the pretence that we are in the wrong.

The charges are unlawful and not illegal, and yes believe it or not there is a difference
