  4. Didn't find out till after the court closed.
  5. BEET is due in court tomorrow but cannot get time off work. So far SCM have not submitted their court bundle despite non-compliance letter. Just checked phonebank & they have not paid up. Any suggestions? Is there a letter I can fax to the court to apologise? Will the case be thrown out if Beet does not attend? Here is the link to the original thread: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/20755-beet-lloyds-tsb-credit.html
  6. By 'eck! Doesn't time fly?!!! It's nearly 4th April & still nothing from SCM! Sent in Beet's bundle in the nick of time but no bundle from the defence. Faxing non-compliance letter tomorrow to Court. Getting worried now as it looks like Beet may end up in court & I've done everything for him so far!!! What are the options if they don't submit a bundle or pay up before 10am on Wednesday? Could the case still go ahead? :-?

Don't believe them!! Just follow the guidelines on this website & continue your claim through the court if need be. All the banks say they won't be paying but give in eventually.
  8. Don't think so. I'm interested to see what the Tonight programme has to say if it's on on Friday. Any CAG members on it?
  9. Thanks. Some of my family missed it & my recording is not very good. I was out when it was on live.
  10. I was interviewed today for broadcasting tomorrow. Think it should be on the Breakfast show between 6am & 9am. When I've been on before they sometimes play things very early then repeat them later. I recorded some trailers so you should get warning before they air it. Hope it's before 8.45 cos my Dad's got an early appointment at the hospital.
  11. For anybody local, I should also be on Radio Nottingham's breakfast show tomorrow discussing bank charges & how anyone can claim them back.
  12. I constantly mentioned CAG during my interview but those bits seem to be on the cutting room floor. Well I tried folks!! For anybody local, I should also be on Radio Nottingham's breakfast show tomorrow discussing bank charges & how anyone can claim them back. Karen
  13. Thank you fans!! Just popped in to see our office caretaker at her social club & someone asked me if I would autograph their bingo tickets!! I did mention the CAG website several times during my interview but those bits seem to be on the cutting room floor. Good luck everyone with your claims - just stick at it. They'll pay up eventually. I'll be staying around to watch everyone's progress. Karen
