The last line on page one has been omitted

" We are unable to provide a copy of the terms of your credit agreement" continued on page 2 but they have also sent a credit card agreement document between Egg Banking PLC of Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, London and me the person who signed the agreement. outlining key financial information.

Claimant Marlin Capital Europe Ltd

I have till Monday to file defence

Particulars:

An agreement between Egg and defendant on or around 24/01/2008.

The agreement to issue defendant with a credit card upon the terms and conditions set out therin.

In breach of the Agreement the Defendant failed to make the minimum payments due and

the agreement was terminated.

The agreement was assigned to the claimant on 31/01/2013.

The claimant claims £5907.94 plus interest pursuant to section 69 totalling £1754.59 at the rate of 1.29 until judgment.

I don't recall if I received Notice of Assignment or default notice.

Payments ceased because this was originally used as a interest free balance transfer

I was late with a payment and they cancelled the interest free period

I lost my business and struggled to make min payments and was unable to make any payments.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Salaam Hassan

We don't normally advocate accepting solicitor "offers" of extensions, much less propose them ourselves, as it gives the other side more chance of finding / inventing documents we'd prefer them not to find / invent.

You said you ceased paying during the initial 0% interest promotional period -so this would most likely have occurred during 2008 . Could your last ever payment have been prior to 25 Aug 2008? If so, this claim would most likely be statute barred.
