Had a debt with welcome that seemed like it would never end

after taking a £2000 loan in 2008 and

paying back over £3.5k

I was told I still owed £1200

this was after a ppi refund and having the loan rewritten

I recently raised a dispute with the complaints team and

this morning got a letter appologising for the excessive intrest which should have been reduced when I started a dmp in 2009

and the loans now had intrest refunded and been written off

Anyone having problems might be worth doing the same ??

:-)

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I've had ppi and interest refunded which reduced the balance and cleared the debt with a sar sent off what would I be able to reclaim as thought I had claimed back all I could now
