Hi,

I took out a loan back in 2003 with Lloyds for £7500 and with it was £1634.90 of PPI the monthly repayments are £25.22. I was selfemployed at the time. not sure what i should do next and how do i calculate the intrest?

thanks

see link 1 below

if you know what you paid PCM PPI

you simply put each payment and its date in the STATINT sheet at the end of link 1

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

when ever you paid the full PCM

obv for that date

you use £25.22

but if you didn't pay one month

or you paid less

you need to workout what % the PPI was of a full payment

then that will be the % PPI was of any partial payment.

no, obv you cannot claim for PPI in a month you did not pay anything!
