I had an overdraft of 100 pounds with natwest and

I was charged an unauthorised usage fee as it had gone over 100,

the reason it had gone over as they put a charge on,

I asked in branch and they said to ignore it,

it has new escalated to over 500 due to fees etc as I have never used it,

they have now take money from my other account and closed it,

I have no money and direct debits due to go out and money due to be paid in?

What can I do please help I'm panicking

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

they just cant decide to off set at will.

a formal complaint is what is needed here

branch will refer you to collections I bet.

how old was this debt before they off set it?
