Please take note I do not acknowledge any debt to Advantis or its Client Anglian Water.

 

 

I have attempted to my Advantis aware that I vacated the premises on xx xx 2006 and all responsibilities and liabilities from that date were transferred to Mrs xxxxxxxxxx on that date.

 

I have not at any time in the past x years received any correspondence or telephone contact

regarding any outstanding account from Anglian Water, if Anglian Water has failed to ensure that they are charging the correct customer I cannot acknowledge liability for its mistakes or for the actions of any third party.

 

I suggest Advantis now closes the file on this matter and returns it to its client.
