Not sure whether this has been covered or not, but how does a parking company go about getting the registered keeper details of the car from the DVLA? Can anybody do this?

Also, couldn't this be seen as breaking the Data Protection Act?

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Remember that if they operate ANPR cameras that has to be registered with the ICO, CCTV and ANPR cameras are classed as different and parking enforcement is not crime prevention and detection, we need someone to make a complaint to the ICO for breach of the DPA

wouldn't you like a parking company to get a monetary penalty notice?

"Monetary penalty notices - fines of up to £500,000 for serious breaches of the DPA"
