Oh thankyou CANTOSIS, I will give you a little clue :) :) I was so relieved I went online after midnight and my wages were in, and intact !!!! And straight after finishing my night shift I went straight down to my bank and withdrew all my money except for loose change, I think I know the answer, but do you think I should open a new account at a different bank, I couldn,t go thru all that stress again, thank you and everyone else who gave me all the valuable info yesterday, u really did help me, thanx, :) :) :) xxxx

was reading your comments this morning and so pleased you got your money, been there, so know exactly how you were feeling and yes like you really dont know how i would have managed without this site and the people on here who give so much, freely, brilliant, i am a much stronger person in the fact that i can deal with muppets like these alot better than before and know my facts much more than i ever thought i would do, if i can get better with this illness then as soon as im able will willingly give some money to keep this site going. and YES open new bank account, even if its a basic one asap, you can do a natwest online!

No worries hun, like liz01 says, do it online. I got a nationwide account online with no probs. In regards to minicredit, dont panic, if you do ur playing into their hands. Ive been trying to arrange payment plan with them, i have more chance of collecting rocking horse poop lol, currently waiting for it to go to dca. Dont speak to them on the phone, email claims @minicredit as they seem to be the only ones to eventually reply. This site is brill and i wish i found it sooner, but im working my way out of this mess ive made with the advice of others on here.

Non at all. I could post up some of her emails. She is supposed to be head of claims surprised she can even find her own head.

lol had my 1st email off her today!! and in it shes says i suggest a payment plan for 6 months with the condition that the instalment will then be overlooked. ---- just checked on meaning of overlooked....overlook [v. oh-ver-look; n. oh-ver-look] [/url] Show IPA/v. ˌoʊvərˈlʊk; n. ˈoʊvərˌlʊk/ Show Spelled

Part of Speech: verb Definition: disregard, neglect Synonyms: discount, disdain, fail to notice, forget, ignore,

think i may take her up on her offer and pay the £5 per month for 6 months then let her overlook my account!!!!

Sorry but i am having trouble retrieving my emails. Anyway this is what she said.

Thank You for the information!

When You registered,You had the possibility to mark the employment status,, Unemployed" but instead of providing correct information You stated that Your employment status was,, On benefits".

We are willing to reduce the balance after we have received the Hardship form, which provides us the information regarding Your income and expenditure plus the information about other creditors with whom You also have outstanding accounts with the obligation to pay.

It carried on a bit and i have typed word for word, letter for letter.punctuation for punctuation.

At the time and still am i was getting ESA which the job centre class as economically inactive rather than unemployed.

They have no right to an I&E form. The only thing yous houdl consider givign them is a very simplified budget summary. They have no right to know about other creditors. Especially since they are a low priority lender. Also, you have to find it funny, that they are trying to accuse you for them adding on charges.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

Don't worry renegade. That was the reply to a rather wonderful letter i had sent which i did post up but has been removed.

They had accused me of telling lies about my marital status, of fraud and various other things.

They have had proof of my benefits and a doctors letter saying i am nuts. That's all they are getting. Just thinking about a fos complaint.

Did you report that letter. Even if you did commit fraud, they have no right at all to say any of it. Get a FULL complaint, with evidence to the OFT.

Well i did not commit fraud,i have a screen shot of the relevant bit of my application saying i was on benefits and my total income was xxx.

I need to print off and collate all the emails and letters first.

They also had a go at me because i said i was single (separated for 10 years but not divorced) then i told them that i had found my wife dead. I classed myself as single, still do but legally she was my wife. Ok i admit i missed the payback day and before i could get a grip it had become scarey so i did hide a bit then two weeks later found my wife. I also had something else going on that was pretty major.

Any opinion I give is from personal experience .
