one last thing for tonight the court bundle... i keep being told to print it out but after reading it several times i still dont understand what it has to do with my case or is it as referrence!!!!!!im a simple nurse not used to complex court stuff could you explain once more what i should do with it

and lastly as tony fox has pointed out inhis thread what is my statement of evidence?sorry just recieved thread on statement of evidence so that part is understood

4/07/06 sent letter re data protection act request NatWest

25/07/06 sent 2nd request to alex lyon

1/08/06 recieved statements (NatWest)

4/08/06 sent S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) goldfish recorded delivery

4/08/06 sent SAR capital one recorded delivery

14/09/06 sent request for repayment letter and schedule of claim for charges goldfish

14/09/06 as above to capital one

21/09/06 recieved offer from capital one

Hi Zanna, hows things? Good luck tomorrow, hope it all goes well for you. Will keep my fingers crossed. I got home from work today and had a special delivery waiting..........................:D :D :D :D Got paid, full amount, cobbetts are such lovely people!!! :D:p

Print out your Bundle three times (once for you, one for the defendant, one for the judge) just in case. S/He's not going to hear oral evidence but may wish to see written.

 

For statement of evidence, look at the thread Michael Brown directed you to.
