I have filed my MCOL. Do i have to send any information (schedule of charges etc) to anyone ?

I respectfully request that the enclosed schedule should be attached to the particulars of my claim.

Wait until you receive the Notice of Acknowledgement from the court and then send a copy to the bank’s solicitors, since they are the ones who will now be dealing with your claim

The reason is that you've mentioned the schedule in your POC's, but you can't attach them if you file with moneyclaim, so you have to post them.

 

The copy to the banks solicitors is in case MCOL don't attach the schedule when they serve the bank with your claim

Any rough ideas on how long it will be untill i receive my cash ? Could people who have been through this let me know how long it was for them.

Please can you stick to one thread per claim., I just came across your new thread and it is very difficult to advise when I cannot see what you have done previously.

In responce to your question, Halifax are pretty good at paying up more or less at the stage you are at, however that could all change, they may decide to engage new tactics and file a defence and drag it out a bit longer, I would prefer not to give you a timescale as you may be disappointed at the end of it and still be waiting.
