glad you got it sorted.

 

I think this adding court costs to the mortgage is really bad.

 

court costs would normally allow a collection period of 6 years, however, as a mortgage has a collection period of 12 years they are gaining an extra 6 years to collect.

 

I always thought that calling something that which it is not, in order to make a gain was fraud

 

so a term that would allow them to add these costs to a mortgage (which with out this term would be fraud) should be unfair should it not????
