hi

i need a little bit of advice on how to go about claiming ppi back from a loan i took out with welcome finance,

the loan was sold on to a debt collecting agency so can i still claim and were do i send the claim to ?

the loan was defaulted on due to being out of work and then a divorce,

is it worth all the bother?

Thanks

treat both as one.

[total cash price of insurances / total cash price of loan] * 100 = X%

workout what x% of your monthly payment was

enter than fgure int the folwing SOC [spreadsheet ]

on the date of every monthly payment [PCM]

StatIntSheet v101.xls

download and fill out the FOS CQ from here:

http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/technical_notes/ppi.html

and a covering letter.

pop those off to welcome finance
