They can only force entry into business premises and regardless of the outbuildings being detached or not they can not break in. So where is your research advice that contradicts me, no thought not, I suggest you practice what you preach and ill gladly agree with your well researched advice.

So what's the difference between a High Court and any old normal court please? How is it one would be chased by an HCEO and not your routine DCA/bailiff?

If the judgment debt is above £600 (far too low a figure today) the debt can be passed up to the high court for a writ of fi-fa to be issued, and the HCEO then enforces rather than a bailiff. thre are many similarities, but HCEO fees are much higher, so you have the situation where someone owes a water utility £601, and a HCEO like Sherfarce turn the debt into £3,000 or so with a couple of visits with their fees.

We could do with some help from you.

They wil make 'enquiries' around and about to the owner of the gargage, eventually they will be able to identify which is listed to what resident. It only takes an innocent question to an unsuspecting local and bingo, they have made a start to checking what info they got to lead them to the one they are looking for.
