Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. I took a loan

with Speedy Dosh but coul not repay i tried to come to an agreement

with them to no avail now i am being constantly harrassed by the

above companies they are demanding £50 per month i have told

them i cannot afford that amount but they are relentless they have sent

me a email today to remind of payment tomorrow and not to ignore

them as it will just increase with charges and then they will send

agents to my home for payment or seizure of goods and they can

do this by law they have said

They're talking crap. They can't take anything without a court order.

Just stand ya ground and don't give in to them.

I'm sure someone will be along shortly to give you more advice :)

Keep persisting with what you can afford. If they try to add on charges, let them take you to court, where you can submit a defence against them and tell a judge that you have tried extensively to get a payment plan in place, but they refused and kept adding on charges.

It is also against OFT regulations for them to refuse a repayment plan and pile on charges instead.

Also they cannot send ANYONE to your house to get payment or take your goods. Ever. They would need to go to court, win, gain a judgement, have you default on the payment plan the judge decides on ( not the PDL or DCA), then it would have to go back to court where you can explain to a judge why you missed payments, then the judge would place an order, or another repayment plan. See where i'm going here?

You really REALLY needs to start official complaints about that.

If you want a letter template, we should be able to come up with something.

On a side note, you also need to find out the original loan and interest amount, the amount they now claim you owe, and a breakdown of the entire debt.
