DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I think that there was a language problem with "usenext team" when I had problems with them, so be aware of that.

Once they understood my problem properly, they tried to help and (eventually) sorted things out.

So be persistent!! dx100uk has pointed you in the right direction.

As you already admitted, you didn’t cancel your trial account in due time as mentioned several times during the sign up process as well as in the TOS. Nevertheless we can understand your situation described and offer you to send an email to [email protected] including the following information:

 

- the customer number (= login for the member area) of your former trial account

- the customer number of your new monthly paid account

- the e-mail address you used upon registration

- your full name as it was entered on the registration form

- the item number of the last payment or any previous payments

 

We will try to find a satisfactory solution and hope to get in touch with you soon.
