Hi Everyone.

I noticed on my bank account that Npower had taken £153 dd instead of normal £91. I tried to access my a/c online but due to a password error etc could not -too long to explain and thats not the problem.)

So rang NP and played merry hell with them as it effected other d/d. She said it was on my bill, told her cldn't access this etc. Anyway gist of the matter is I was fed up of Npower and was going to change my suplier etc. Lo and behold she then said because I was paying by d/d and billed online she cld put me on a cheaper tariff which wld cut monthly d/d payment from next month.I then asked if that was the case then why hadn't the person who set up my d/d/online billing told me I shld be on cheaper tariff? My point is should I go back and ask for a refund, seems they'll tell you about it if you complain/threaten to leave etc. :mad2:
