Evening I really need some help! I will bullet point out my problem.

 

I worked for 2 years for a small company that runs car parks.

 

I never had a contract even though I repeatedly asked for two years.

 

I received pay slips after a years services and on my pay slip it said I got paid £300 a week, but my boss was paying me £400 before tax etc.

 

I left and on my final pay slip it said he paid me my holiday pay which he hasn't.

 

I have called lots of times and each time I never get a call back.

 

I asked about my holiday and the office said I had to work a year before I could get any holiday and they made a mistake with my final pay slip and it shouldn't show holiday.

 

Where do I stand and what can I do?
