Hi

I ordered a personalised necklace online from Ernst and Jones whose description of the necklace included birth stones being surrounded by diamonds. I then received an email saying that an agreement had been made advising me that I could not cancel or return the item as it was a personalised item.

However, I then received a phone call from Ernst and Jones saying they had cancelled the order as when they had received the item from their supplier it did not have diamonds around the birth stone as described on their website.

My question is whether they are obliged to provide the necklace which I bought in good faith, as described at the price which I bought it.

Kaz
