I purchased a portable gas heater from Geepas after reading their specifications for the heater. And being able to fit a 15kg gas bottle, and in good faith from the details suppled.

And when comparing the fitting of the gas bottle I have It would not fit inside the heater cabinet.

I am getting nowhere with their customer service and keep being informed they are to busy to reply.

I offered to exchange the heater for another one that would fit a 15kg gas bottle.

I have phoned and emailed the customer support.

With no answer and sent many emails on the problem.

But when they do reply I just get the run around from them..

Hello paid with C/C on 17/10/23. Contacted them on these these dates.

18/10/23. 19/10/23. 20/10/23. 25/10/23. 30/11/23. 9/11/23. 12/11/23. 17/11/23.

Also on there website there is a review that states the 15kg bottle will not fit into the heater.

then the card co are equally responsible under Section 75.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
