I purchased a portable gas heater from Geepas after reading their specifications for the heater. And being able to fit a 15kg gas bottle, and in good faith from the details suppled. And when comparing the fitting of the gas bottle I have It would not fit inside the heater cabinet. I am getting nowhere with their customer service and keep being informed they are to busy to reply. I offered to exchange the heater for another one that would fit a 15kg gas bottle. I have phoned and emailed the customer support. With no answer and sent many emails on the problem. But when they do reply I just get the run around from them..
