i need some advice,

i have several debtors due to a recent business liquidation,

Whislt it is early stages with Lloyds passing the debt to wescott,

i am awaiting several more from Toyoya financial services and 3 others.

I am currently unemployed and notice that creditirs will only accept F&F settlements if you are in a dmp or other repayment plan,

we are selling our house to raise the money to pay them off but this will only pay off about 75% of the whole debt.

Should i wait and enter a dmp or try now and advise a F&F when the house is sold in 8 weeks time.

I dont want my credit file damaged so not sure if someone has experience in this area.

thank you

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

i would suggest you look at reclaiming FIRST before you even consider F&F's

also whomever is telling you you must be in a DMP

before you can do this is telling porkies!!

you can do the DMP yourself

certainly dont go to a fee paying company!
